managers write handbooks and don't get recognition though, same for senior/head djs, staff who do things (like @Intersocial;'s source thread in news). Most of them get repped though as they're helpful. BTW none of your resources on sendspace work so they're pretty useless atm

OT: I suppose incentives could encourage more users, but I'd prefer it if people just did guides for the sake of being helpful. I'm 50/50 on it.
