Possibly, you need to make sure you get plenty of foreplay in beforehand so your body is expecting it properly, as well as getting your brain in the mood fully as that's more important than most people realise. Some people manage to get through it and not hurt after the first time, some (like one of my exs) can take several attempts to get it not to hurt but that might not be a problem if he's not like huge y'know and obv depends on your physicality too, but yeahhhh most important thing is to be comfortable and fully into it rather than just whack it out and ram it in without warming up

As for the sex thing, if you don't want to then you don't have to. Usually making a guy wait weens out if he truly likes you or not, not just wants you as his little sex toy.

As for first times being special, usually it's really awkward. Yeah as people have said it will get better with time just relax and I doubt it will hurt as much the more you do it. If you used a condom they're lubricated anyway other than that just use lube without a condom on.. should be fine tho.
