I have like these phases where I am totally like YES EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE but I never manage to lose weight like that so I give up. I naturally drink a lot of water and I'm always thirsty so that helps me I guess and ever since I finished my exams I try to eat a lot less and I've noticed I'm not as hungry now. Although I've had a binge this week with the eating crap.

it's really quite funny to see how once one person puts something so mundane as drinking water as a reason for their healthiness that so many notice it and decide to follow suit. I wasn't aware that doing the bare minimum to survive was such a miracle stay-healthy-forever solution.

eat well, sleep well, meet people , be open, be honest, and be active to stay healthy in body and mind. mens sana in corpore sano and all that.

Started to opt for water over fizzy drinks recently to decrease bloating and been cycling a lot. Feels good.

I don't do anything deliberate to stay healthy, to be honest. I just do what comes naturally for me to do / what I normally do .

Having a balanced diet and going for a 40 minute walk everyday is how I keep fit. Sometimes at weekends I will go for a two hour walk (weather dependant). You'd be surprised how well it works.
