Ohh I see what you mean, I saw supersize me too. But he ate every day for every meal, I only meant eat 1 item a day from Mcdonalds and (i believe) every item they serve as a meal/value range contains less than 70% of your GDA of every nutritional thingy, mcdonalds balanced with various fruit and veg and fish and proper meats and such shouldn't cause too much harm in theory

Please watch the documentary supersize me.

He didn't necessarily put on a load of weight, but the amount of crap in mcdonalds made him severely ill, and addicted to it. Just realised Kyle said that.

Even if you have just one meal a day, it won't be good for you. Just eat a balanced diet, slightly smaller portions maybe and exercise regularly (mixture of cardio and weights is best apparently? As your body can get used to the same cardio and won't burn anymore calories then usual).

I'm pretty sure I read something somewhere of a person who kept eat Mcdonalds everyday and put weight on, but after an extended period of time the weight started to drop off him. It looked good but then he realised that his body started rejecting what was in the food and ended up poisoning him.

So yeah, just work there and have a big mac now and then.

More importantly, why would you want to? McDonalds is nice if you want to pig out on salty goodness, but a good home cooked meal wins every time.
