Default Eat McDonalds every day and not get fat?

I just wanted to share a theory with you guys and find out if I might be on to something.

Basically, I've been thinking about what I eat more because of some stupid new years resolution and I came to the conclusion I could eat McDonalds every day if I counted calories and fats and salts and everything else so I never exceeded my guided daily amounts.

Am I on to something here or would you still gain weight regardless?

As long as you burn more calories than you eat, you'll lose/maintain weight. Find your TDEE and don't exceed it then you won't gain weight

But you'll probably have a heart attack 2 weeks into it.

I was thinking something similar with the heart attack I'll be honest, and with burning more calories than you eat, how does fat and salt etc factor in to that though? Because surely you can eat 1800 calories a day and have 200% GDA fat and gain weight?

If you don't exceed the calorie intake, you will probably exceed the daily limit for sugar, salt, saturates etc which would be just as unhealthy as putting on weight.

It's physically impossible to meet your gdas equAlly because of the salt and saturated fat content. You may not necessarily change in weight but health problems like anaemia and strain on the heart will affect you.

Just a normal idk lets say for example a Breakfast Double McMuffin wouldn't push you above on sugar or salt or anything though, I drink water and sugar free drinks only so I would be ok for sugar, for anything else surely it'd be a case of watch what else you eat and dont go mental?

How would it become impossible? I know you'd be getting a large chunkof the GDA in salt and suchlike but it'd still be achievable unless im missing a point

Because in order to meet suitable levels of nutrition you would need to eat lots of different things and the menu is largely high in saturates so u would be tipping the scales on say, carbs or salt, in order to meet recommended amount of protein. There was a guy that lost weight eating mcdonalds after that supersize me doc but I think he also excercised and he certainly wasn't healthy afterwards
