Don't think so, at some point that bully was the victim themselves, or hurt psychologically someway. It is a cycle. Something should be done to support everyone involved. Cba to read the novels above.

I hate campaigns to stop bullying, it's pointless. Bullying will ALWAYS be around, no matter the age. Instead we should be teaching people to be able to handle it properly and cope with bullying.
