I've only ever been on the online chat thing and I've always had such great dealings with them, they are always so friendly and they help out so quickly too. Most websites with online chats you're in the queue for ages and it's like so tiring but they are usually really fast and make the changes quickly for you.

You just go into the help options and it takes you through these options and it should say online chat
