I think you're forgetting wireless 16 player connection, Pictochat, Back catalogue. You might say touch screen, big deal. Couldn't I just say MP4 player, big deal?
SORRY FOR DOUBLE POST...
The PSP it just rocks.
I just found out that DS is bring Wi-Fi in 2006.
A big addition to the DS as it connects all the ds' in the world together for a big gaming system.
After all this rambeling, I'm thinking about buying a DS, I dunno why but I've always loved the old mario games which have brought me to some good times![]()
Do you think its a good idea by investing in one?
IT depends what you want it for.
If you wana buy a DS to get the odd great game that comes out once every half year then go for it.
But if you want cosistantly dicient games with an odd great game coming out every year go for the PSP.
And depending on your age if you wana look like a nerd, but dont care what everyone else thinks get a DS. But if you dont wana stand out get a PSP.
If you can put up with the cringingly babyish games which come out (Which are usualy always good, never had a bad mario game) DS is pretty good but ive grown out of it now.
If your going to play with it outside often, DS isnt a good bet especialy if your getting it for Nintendogs, just imagine shouting "lucky" or whatever its called on the bus, not a good Idea.
What you said there still doesn't matter.Originally Posted by Remin
DS has touch screen which would cost more to make.
Also has an intergrated mic which would cost more to make.
What does psp have?
Buttons?
DS - £99.99
PSP - £179.99
The PSP technically owns the DS specification wise. The PSP has a 333 MHz Proccessor, where as the DS has 2 dual proccessor adding up to 100ish MHz.
Then you have the UMD drive, which costs money because it uses lasers, then you have the bigger TFT screen, and the more stylish build.
You can't even compare them together. The DS is strictly hands on gaming, where as the PSP is a portable media centre.
Games wise it's your taste so I can't really say. But the PSP games seem better for me as a person
PSP gets my vote.

You're only buying the psp because of the looks![]()
Haven't updated this in around a year, so now i have
My only real gripe with the PSP is that there are far too many games that are designed for the home consoles, but released on the PSP anyway because it can handle them.
Controls don't often port to the PSP well, and I'd rather spend my money on a game that was developed specifically for the PSP.
