Yeah they were just an excuse for games to make money on the relalise (sp?) Midnight Club 3 was a good example of this, have you seen the loading times! it took like 1 min each time for it to load between races, ruined the game and it was a **** port.

Im sure once the PSP is about a year old almost all the games will be made for PSP, of course there will still be ports, like there is on the DS, hopefully not as bad as MC3

The games that are on the shelves at the monet aren't all that good, I think thats what gives people the impression that the PSP is a waste of money.
The games that are created specifically for the PSP are going to be released in 2006, thats when you'll see and get more action from the PSP.

If your going to play with it outside often, DS isnt a good bet especialy if your getting it for Nintendogs, just imagine shouting "lucky" or whatever its called on the bus, not a good Idea.
That's the biggest load of rubbish ever.

I mean, there's been many great games out recently. Before next February we've got Nintendogs, Advance Wars: Dual Strike, Mario Kart DS [Online], Animal Crossing DS and more. What has the PSP released? The only hype is surrounding Liberty City Stories.

Consistently decent? Maybe, but doesn't the same apply for the DS?

Why the hell would you look like a nerd with a DS rather than a PSP? A lot more people at my school think DS's are cool, and no nerdy people have a DS.

I don't see many adult games out for PSP? And how are DS games babyish?

ok then no1. how long has the DS been out, months and theyve come out with 5 good games, whcih I agree are all good (IMO i dont rate nintendogs that much just not my thing but seems to be selling alot) oh and you also forgot Mario 64, thats alright aswell.

PSP has come out for what about 1/2 months now It already has 2 ledgendary games out there already. Burnout Ledgends had been widley accpeted as posably best arcade racing game out there for handheld. And Lumines seems to be one of the best Puzzle games on handheld for PSP (correct me if im wrong but im sure its PSP exclusive)

And if you look at the games out, ok theyre not ledgendary but theyre all probably well worth your money.

When I had the DS I was constantly disapointed by the level of choise there was, name me a game, worth my £30 outside the ones made by nintendo/the ones you mentioned. Outside Nintendo's own games, choise is limited.

And about the DS nerdy thing, I was taking this from my own experience, of course there may be exeptions, but thats the situation in my school and in my age group.

And about the adult game thing, most games for the PSP are aimed at all the ages, while Mario games tend to be cringingly babyish IMO though they are all great games, I just find that Ive grown out of the simplicity of it and im now looking for something with more of a story line something more "grown up" Im sure you dont get many 20+ year olds going to buy Mario.

Rant over, im sure no matter what I do you'll still argue with me

Thats why someone made a program called Fastloader, that reduces it lots and makes it load it a couple seconds.

Most games are fast loading, hence the psp has just came out, i remember when the PS2 came out how **** that was, but most of you don't remember:/
Haven't updated this in around a year, so now i have

The reason for that is because spefication wise the PSP is almost as powerful as the PS2. It's just a wee bit slower.

Still, I'm not interested in whether it's able to run the game, but if it can play it well.
