Pasta, How Do You Like It?

With mushroom (ie vegetarian/hippie) carbonara. I have this recipe I kinda made up a couple of years back and it's so scrummy.
Or with just a half a tin of chopped tomatoes and some herbs and balsamic vinegar and sugar warmed through if I'm in a rush.
