I dont see the problem if your training slayer (green drags) and tele? Or if your doing a lvl 3 clue in wildy and you tele as your not there to kill other players, your there because you have to be there?

I teleport sometimes, why bother raising a skill if your not going to use it?

I expect half of people who hate 'tele noobs' tele themselves.
