OMG, when do you people stop making these pointless anoying threads?
Swearing is also against the rules but basicaly everybody does it.
Everybody knows trading habbo for runescape and vice versa is against the rules and they know they can be scammed, that thing about sigs being forbidden to be sold was just a warning to the people because not many people know this.
