- 3 MEALS A DAY
- IF YOUR GONNA SNACK, MAKE IT HEALTHY AND DONT TOO OFTEN
- TRY AND BURN YOUR LAST MEAL OFF!
Remember its fine to have a big breakfast as you will burn the calories from it off, by even just standing, lunch maybe walk, but dinner you need to do somthing - thats the biggest problem if you have a big dinner and dont burn it off...
I suggest running, cycling, long walk..

You might wanna try something else for breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day, and also it's better to eat a bigger lunch and a light dinner.

Anyway.. If you really want to lose weight
I wouldn't bother planning a diet, Just don't eat crap like chips etc..
And try to do some exercise when you can be bothered toIt will count towards it..
