I just think it's stupid that you guys contradict yourselves. By saying no double posting. But edit instead. But if you haven't edited in 15mins, then you can double post if it's important. And whos' the judge of it's importance?
Something un-important to one, could be important to another.
Why not just enable indefinate editing.

Exactly, so the rule is saying.
If you made a thread not in the spam section, you posted something and after 15 minutes you have to post again to update it, you'll have to PM someone and say
PLEASE POST IN DIZZ THRED SO I CAN POST AGAIN, the point in that?
edit;
But you see, I don't want to have to wait for someone else to post to update my original post.
Oh, and I'm not leaving, I wouldn't wanna make things better for you all.![]()

For 1) No it's not "plenty of time", it's bugger all time. I'm sure anyone with half a brain would agree.
If it is important you can double post and the mod might merge your posts (I would).
15 minutes is plenty of time, if the thread is popular enough somebody will have posted within that 15 minutes.
Or make a spare account and post with that account? As long as it isn't something pointless.
