If your wanting you loose weight I suggest you try 5 small meals around the day rather then 3 big meals, and Weight lifting wise I suggest if you have a little flab around the Tricepts you should try using some little like 5kg weights and Lifting the weights high and behind the head (Safely if you feel it's too heavy don't try it!), Also try Cycling it really improves the butt and thigh muscles. If you do things like sit ups I suggest you suck in your tummy because if you have a big tummy then it will probably make the muscles grow funny and create a huge muscle tummy which can look fat.If you're a comfort eater or you eat out of boredom I suggest you try eating Ice cubes as it tricks the brain into thinking your eating, Don't eat ice cubes when your actually hungry though cause I doubt it will work then lol. Lunch - (something small, like a bag of crisps)
Tea - Jacket Potato
Drink only Pure Apple/Orange Juice or water, that's what I do.Lost half a stone in two weeks!
Is Jacket Potato with cheese + beans ok? lol, or with butter and salt + pepper on it, Is that good, cause I like that

Have a baked potato with lettuce,tomato,cucumber and radish for your dinner
