    Its actually not hard to get a job. If you help out ect and behave. I was kinda offered my current job for helping out at some of the events. If you don't get accepted when you apply, then help out and you could end up with a job you helped out with. The managaers are not biased. They just accept the best applications ect depending on the job.

    No, when I got my first Habbox job - forum moderator. Seacat didn't know who I was, and I'll be honest. I didnt even know he exsisted untill apps opened

    Ok right. Until my hiring as a Super Moderator, I was a nobody on the forum. When I was hired as a Forum Moderator, I was a nobody. Even as I got others, I was still in the background. I was even less than you guys but by some miracle I kept going up. The management do notice people and there isn't favoritism, none of the admins knew me until Baving and even then, barely so. Until I was a SMod I had barely any contact with any admins (well there was Jin but he was Admin on and off and just a techie). So no, you don't have to stand out all that much
