It is a very good guide but are to problems i see with it.
1. On the map to the monestary from varrok would it not be quicker to bank in edge ?
2. The guide has many spelling mistakes.
Erm might already have thes points in there but, you can train on the dummys in varrock till like 8 att or str am i correct. Once you have done this i trained on the lvl 3 goblins close to lummy castle, it might be easier if you train on the lvl 2 men who are on the respawn point in lummy castle. I did this because it requires no food, just carry 3 items for eg, scimmy, plate and ammy and when you die it takes a couple of seconds to start training again.

Not really i have a pker lvl 30 with 40 health i haven't meet anyone my lvl with the same hp so far also it won't get you many more range or attack levels.
