Even if they arent alerted, they can check in usercp

I think Jin or someone should do it so users dont get a PM and cant check in usercp either. What the point of letting them see their infractions when they couldnt see their own usernotes

Because otherwise people won't know they've been warned, obviously.

If this continues we'll just make a rule saying people can't discuss infractions, then if they do it too often peolpe will just get cautioned and temp bans.

Staff shouldn't be moaning because staff don't get warned by moderators, they get warned by me. If they are moaning anyway then PM me a link and they will be dealt with most harshly.
