Okay...
1.) It calms you down - If you have survier stress problems it helps.
2.) It takes away surtain types of pain.
3.) It makes you feal better about your life
4.) It makes you feal better as a person.
All the pros happen to be mental and all the cons are physical.
Whats worse though:
Suicide at 12
or
Lung cancer at 60?
