qhat dif does barrage make in mage staking since you dont have to move to use spells on ppl ? or can you not use spells when ur barraged ?

Barrage hits harder and I think you're not able to attack for a few seconds.

It stops you moving for 20, however you can still attack via range, farcast etc.
