The estimated price is what I think I'll be able to sell them for, I'm trying to get the highest price of course but I know from experience that some pages are hard to sell for their highest price (especially pages and helmets).
My total profit will probably be higher than it says in my log, which is better than going for the highest prices and ending up with less than you were hoping for.
