Dont watch TV right before bed, because It will stimulate the brain... I'd say stop watching TV maybe 20 mins before you go asleep
I disagree with that one, I always watch a DVD or TV when I go to bed, I can't get to sleep without watching it.

Watching TV before you go to bed is ok.
I watch a "Friends" DVD everynight before I go to bed. This normally sends me to sleep.

If you get sweaty in bed open a window and your bedroom door it makes a cool breeze.

But put a channel that you are not interested on if you don't get to sleep for ages..

Well who could be bothered to do that in the night? I do 20 press ups and 20 push ups before I get into bed and that kind of helps me abit and keeps you fit

P.S What ever happend to the good old counting sheep over a fence in your mind?

TIP: It's scientificly proven that thinking about EVERYONE you have ever met helps you fall asleep.. ;D Well thats what they say!

Try reading through an entire Habbox thread and you'll be tired by the reccuring incoherent themes on here.
    Seriously.
