Clearly not if it's taken a few weeks :S All you have to do is change the redirect link and the dns (if needed, doesn't look like it though). Apparently Jin has a history with being slightly useless. Last time the DNS needed changing he disappeared,, re-appeared, asked people how to do it, said it was useless, someone told him, he thought he found it himself, changed them.

How on earth can a domain name be broken, or does that mean they've lost the password to the domain name host?

You don't know the full situation with the domain yet you go on about how our techies should be fired. They have nothing to do with the problem and we have no control over the problem at the moment. The problem is on the domain companies side.

Don't always assume you know the whole story to things . There are some things you don't need to be told about. All you need to know is theres a problem, we are working to get it sorted and once it does the domains will be switched back.
