How is that a simple mistake? It's the womans and the mans fault, entirely. Why on earth would you go outside and get your boyfriend to come in and beat the guy up for bloody queue jumping? Is waiting 3 more minutes to be served life threatening? Intentional or not intentional, it is the mans fault that the other man died.

Getting the wrong man wasn't a simple mistake either as he shouldn't have even been in the place at the time trying to cause trouble where it wasn't needed. Your right he shouldnt have had a fight, and he shouldnt have been provocked by his girlfriend either. That poor man, I do feel sorry for him.
Not life, when people carry knives and stab up people PURPOSLY they dont get life. He was just on spur of moment gonna have a fight, there was no weapons involved. He should not be charged of life.
