my advice don't do fad diets, sure you'll lose weight to start but you'll pile it right back on after. the fad diets make your body lack the stuff it needs, as soon as you stop or 'take a break' from the diet your body will store the fatty substances it needs and you'll end up gaining more weight.
t'is why they are called yo yo diets, best way is to eat healthy and get regular exercise.
