
It's probably worth telling you that FAH will use all your spare CPU power, so what apps you have running with FAH could run a little slower. But I think there's some way to limit FAH so it only uses 50% of your CPU, but yeah, it's still a good thing to do.

No, it only uses redundant CPU cycles. If a backgrpund app needs some CPU time then FAH will back off until it's done.
