You will never be able to delete a file permantly without destroying your hard drive, no matter how you try, but heavily encrypting the files will mean u won't be able to access them tbh.

You can write 0s to the drive 7 times, that Government and U.S. Military standards for destroying data, you'd need some super laboratory to get it back then.

In theory, it is always possible to recover any files, no matter how hard you try to get rid of them. The only way to completely get rid of it would be to completely desrtoy the hard drive into dust and chuck it in the sea or something.
