how do you perm. delete files? i recovered 9.5gb of files, want to permanently delete

nope. if you delete private stuff (porn, credit cards etc), they can all be recovered and used.

Dont know if this will work but i know it doesn't at least go to recycle bin

When deleting select what you want then press **** and delete.

Yeah it's still there once passing through the recycle bin. I know you get can a programme to bring things back, as well as to permanently delete them

However, the one definite way is by reinstalling windows on your computer
