    A strong coffee is great, but it's only a short-term fix. You're good for an extra hour or so, but regardless of how much caffeine you take, if your body is really tired you can get the shakes even after one cup.

    Rest is vital. If that's unobtainable in the OP's lifestyle, he has his priorities wrong.

    Breakfast is essential, preferably cereal or something decent to keep you going, a Yoghurt simply won't do that.

    Water is important, I tend to find caffeine does the trick for me, Coffee, Tea, Red Bull, Relentless etc but yeah you've got to sort your schedule out really or begin dedicating your weekends to revising if not as you can't sacrifice sleep for work.

    If you're ever feeling tired, keep your hands away from your face and keep your eyes open no matter what it takes

    I've taken coffee but it just works a little bit.Right,I'll take my brekkie& drink plenty of water.I do hope things will turn out better

    and nope cnt chnge schedule(how sucks!)

    If you have a Holland & Barrett store near you, run in there and get Siberian Ginseng. It releases long bursts of energy into your system throughout the day.
