    I used to jog daily... I still do weights every two days and skip quite a bit... I walk for 20 minutes everyday anyway (soon to be 40 mins...) I'm gonna do 20 mins skipping and around 40 mins weights later, cycling is also good, and the bonus is that it doesn't put stress on your joints because your not banging up and down like jogging.

    just ran same distance again, was a breeze.

    Mom even told me the course is around 6-6.5km and not 5

    I'll know for sure tomorrow when I use my bike to calculate distance.

    Ran it in 37minutes and didn't even push myself to the limit, was a breeze

    Asics are good running shoes, they're not expensive and they last for a long time.

    It's better to run three times a week (intense) and work at about 80% of your heart rates max. Which Is usually 220-yourage (15) = 205. 80% of 205 = the BPM you should be working at.

    For what benefits are you running? (to loose weight increase fitness etc)
