He made loads of wrong offside decisions because of this which was annoying for both sides, but it wasn't easy for him to keep up with them which was a bit unfortunate I guess.

I guess we'll just have to carry on with these bad decisions because there is no way we can realistically change what has happened in the past, and we can't exactly use video technology as this would mean it needs to be implied to all football games throughout the world, which will be very costly and difficult to get around. Being a ref is one of the toughest jobs on a football pitch because they need to be able to keep up with players constantly with hardly any break, and be on alert at all times making the right decisions. Also they have thousands of fans pressure on their backs like us which hardly helps.
I agree with some of the things here, but surely Video technology used in Rugby would ease the pressure off referee's a bit. The cases against Valencia being bought down in the box, Rooney's so called "offside" and the incident involving Fletcher and Ashley Cole, which led to a goal being scored would of been so different if we'd a had this technology... I'm sure the FA can afford to do this..

Arsenal did quite alot of Dives? Can you link me to these dives because I can't remember a single dive that game... And which wolves players got booked for nothing? You've just made that post completely up and none of it happened, whilst United were hard done by and the ref did make bad decisions  Not condoning SAF and United fans always complaining but yesterday was poor reffing.

But if they did pay for this technology, then they need to buy it for every football league, which will be very costly, especially in the current recession. Buying chips to put in footballs to indicate when the ball crosses the line, and buying lasers to detect this. Also using cameras in many positions and angles and being able to talk over a mic to the referee at the same time to let them know if it is offsides, penalty etc is a lot to do and time consuming when they need to make the decisions urgently.

I wish it was simple to add technlogy to football, but it does have major problems.

You obviously have no clue or hardly any understanding of the game. The extra time added on was due to changes made in stoppage time, (extra 30 seconds) so he had no choice, but to award the extra minutes. Also, you go on as if he added the minutes intentionally, trying to get United to steal a win, it could of gone either way...

So i don't why you mentioned "the typical united fan always blaming the referee" jargon. (READ THE ABOVE POST IF YOU DON'T GET WHAT I MEAN)

How do i? Last season when we lost to Liverpool, and co did i blame the referee? NO I DID NOT.. if i did... PROVE IT!

It happens to be the case in the last few games, after the fergie - wiley incident (excluding the blackburn game) that referee's have given poor descisons against us.

I have got my facts right thank you very much, i'm not the one blaming the referee for a loss which had nothing to do with him in the grand scheme of things. He gave a decision against you, get over it. I was merely pointing out that if you want to moan about a decision I will refer you to a beachball one. At no point did i say thats the reason we lost, I only said it was a bad decision. I mentioned the "typical united fan always blaming the referee" because its the truth. All MU fans seem to do is whine about them everytime they lose, its never because the other team was better on the day. You lost 1-0 to Chelsea, you had plenty of time to overcome that and you didn't. That isn't the referees fault.. and as I saw you posted a little bit later, perhaps decisions are going the other way after Fergie's outburst over Wiley, can you blame them? Its high time he got punished, if the FA won't do it there are other ways. Now I personally don't think referees are taking it upon themselves to deprive you, but if you want to play the victims then you do so.

Oh and not to mention, I see no whining about the fact that all Evans got for what he did to Drogba was a yellow card, funny that isnt it? As long as it goes your way, nothing is said. The minute you lose, alot of things went against you. Hilarious.

And whoever -repped me, at least leave your name you coward
