Not for me. If you can't go diagonally around a dino that's X height in the air, then you cannot go diagonally around it on the floor. The properties remain the same, regardless of height. That said there seems to be inconsistencies. In some cases you will diag around an item and in a seemingly identical situation in a different room, you won't, so I do believe what you're saying.
