It's not necessarily just '3 is a warning'. It all depends on what words are used, in which context, how often and in whatever time period that defines whether or not it is simply mild swearing.

It isnt really the filter arguement, because hes not asking for it to be compeltely left alone where everyone can see it and it makes the forum look bad and wouldn't be nice for young children, because well, for start its in a video so it doesnt make the forum look any worse with constant swearing, it isnt rude since its in the video, and it has an appropriate warning for children. WIN WIN WIN.

The condition is not strictly "2 words" I used that as an example to demonstrate the difference between moderate swearing and excessive swearing.

Moderate, mild swearing is allowed - that's the way it's always been and the way it always will be.
