Is that a temp or a perm stoma?

I don't think anyone is positive on giving me an answer to this yet, I think it may be dependent on keeping myself clean and healthy for the next six months because i know i have it for that long at the very least. Fingers crossed though!

It's brilliant to pop onto here at night on my little notebook to be boosted by such gracious replies, they really mean a lot to me and they are more than certainly helping in getting me through what is a very tough stay in hospital.

damn i don't know you but i really do feel for you. this happened to someone i dearly love - except the stoma was on the outside... it is indeed a long road to recovery, but you seem quite positive so i'm sure you will get there sooner rather than later - hope your year treats you better than it has done

Hi Mizki, thanks for taking the time to post. I'm not really sure what stoma I have and I'll need to do some looking into the matter, I know I can see and touch part of my intestine but that's about that. Thanks again.
