Oh we kind of do that but your quotes doesn't have to be like exactly. For the abortion part in the mock I put that Catholics believe abortion is murder and in the bible it says that killing is wrong. So not like directly quoting it, if you get what I mean? And then go on to explain more

R.E was compulsorily at my school from year 7-11, but thats because I go to a Catholic school. I got an A in GCSE R.E

Its compulsorily to do general R.E in the sixth form. But I took R.E as an a-level anyway as I loved it so much. Its practically philosophy and ethics at A-level but under the name R.E.

RE (or RS) was compulsory at my school aswell. I got an A* though I just memorized the main points really, because similar questions seemed to come up in the past papers for my exam board.

I've been scrawling it forever but it never makes sense to me at all...

At my school you can do extra R.E which is RS but either way you still get a GCSE. I hated R.E so much and I've recently done my exam which I got an A in. Didn't find out how many marks off A* because I didn't really care but R.E is such an easy subject at GCSE. Like Shar said, it's completely different at A Level.

Everyone is underrated for R.E. exams, for some reasons teachers see students differently than examiners, or they insert a bit of fear in mocks to see how well their students do when it comes to the teacher marking it themselves. I think I was predicted an E (purely because most of it is rubbish) but got an A. The GCSE questions are incredibly weird.
