    Default A* in R.E?

    I've never even had a b before so far haha, year 10 science I got a d then resat and got a c, my old r.e teacher predicted me a d cause I was off quite a bit last year, then my new r.e teacher set me a target of an A and I got that in the mock for R.e with 3 marks off an A*. Has anyone on here managed to get an A* in r.e? I really do want an A and possibly an A*. I didn't really revise for the mock, it all just came flooding back to me but my r.e teacher said for the real exam in a few months there's 2 papers with all the topics and they're a few days apart so I need to spread my revision equally for both of them. Does anyone have any links to revision sources online other than bitesize and the edexcel r.e past papers? I'm gonna do some r.e past papers but am wanting some r.e revision links that I can have a look through each night, thanks

    I've managed to achieve an A - not an A* though lmao. I find R.E quite easy, the philosophy units I enjoy much more than ethics but I'm still fairly good at both of them - If you had to do an exam question on 'Religion and Equality' - good luck is all I can say. The yr 11 one, we didn't get luckily (we did the other 2 questions - some schools did that topic though) because the religion and equality question was "If Christianity is right, all other religions are wrong. - Discuss this statement". Which is just like -die. Glad we didn't have to answer that lmao.

    Anyway, enough anecdotes, here's some sites;

    http://www.rsrevision.com/contents/index.htm
    http://www.request.org.uk/issues/revision/revision.htm- That's mainly just the big issues - e.g. Does God exist.
    http://www.reonline.org.uk/ks3/indexx.php

    All I can say is to keep revising, I have the final 2 exam papers in study leave as well - I don't even know what they're on LMAO. The philosophy one is to do with the nature of God I think and the ethics one... is urm, Religion, Poverty and Wealth I think. You may have done your exams in a diff. order.

    But yeah, keep revising - make it fun lmao, those sites should help - and just realise, it's fairly easy to get an A/A* in R.E IMO, The majority of people doing full course R.E in our school get B's or higher - and most of them don't even do a lot of work in class ._.

    I was predicted a D in RS and ended up getting an A. All I did was go through every single past paper/exam question I could and it really did make a difference.

    My grade is a B but I got a A in the mock exam. I'm the top student in my class and I have no clue about RE.

    Hmm.. I'm targeted a B in RE but my teacher says I should work for an A. Erm, I don't really think I try with RE but I seem to get good grades, I'd just learn the keywords (we're given sheets about everything we need to know, not sure if you are though). So yeah, learn the keywords!

    I got an A* and A in a level. (there was no a* when i did a levels) I found R.E pretty easy. What modules are you doing? I probably done totally different modules. We only did Christianity and I would of beenon a diff exam board (ccea).

    Thanks everyone I will try and rep you all We did marriage in the family - marriage,contraception, divorce etc, social responsibility, life and death, the issues of is god real, war and conflict and more We do get keywords cos we get big like school-made booklets for each topic. Aaron I think it's good to do an exam in it, because after going through it for 2 years it's good to know you at least get a gcse out of it

    Most people I know do badly at other GCSE subjects such as history, geography etc and do exceptionally well in R.E/R.S GCSE. It was the only A I got
