To the people who have asked about user notes expiring: Sadly this isn't built into vBulletin by default. I also don't think there is a plugin for this but I'll ask as it may end up being a custom thing. No promises on it though...
It would be a lot of admin work if it was done manually. But ones from years ago should not harm anyone's chances of becoming a member of the moderator department.
We would hire him straight away since he is leaving the BBC!
Looks like I'm going to have to join Hffm as forum staff then leave for unknown reasons to secure my position at habbox![]()

Well ok next time I won't bother asking on that forum and just say no for the sake of saying no. In terms of your link that doesn't mention deleting usersnotes after a set period of time and that's for a previous vB version so doesn't exactly help.BUT I HAVE A SOLUTION, LET ME LOOK INTO IT FURTHER THERE MAY BE SOMETHING WE CAN DO HX GUYS WHO CANT BECOME MODS.

But it tells you dates, etc
Which is far better than the current / stock.
Its for 3.6 js. there isnt any updates. Maybe try test it on a test forum see if the templates are suitable for 4.x
If you have a lot of recent usernotes, warnings or infractions then that is taken into consideration when you apply to become a moderator. Old usernotes won't affect your chances unless it's something very serious.
