    Default Dear Lads

Can we please abolish the usernote system. If not, is there anyway to delete usernotes over time? I want to show my lethal skills to the moderation department but they won't take me serious with my 91 usernotes. The majority of my usernotes were unfair anyway, I did explain my cat ran across my keyboard several times and it coincidently came out as a rude comment.

    Cheers,
    Rich.

What are usernotes? Are they those when you get an infraction or something? Didn't they get cleaned out or am I getting the wrong end of the stick?

I'm pretty sure infractions get removed over time but usernotes remain

They're there as a record but I highly doubt any manager would take them at face value anyway and will make decisions based on current behaviour and attitude rather than from a usernote you got 5 years ago

Can you see your own usernotes or can only admins, gms etc see?

The system is when you break a rule you get a PM and the PM content is then copied into a usernote and is on your profile for other moderators to view. So that say you broke the rule again within 2 months then they can see that and advance to a warning/infraction.

Infractions and warnings are removed over time but it isn't often that they are removed. Last one wasn't long ago was it?

I don't think usernotes need to be deleted from your account because we only base our actions against you via the usernotes within the 2 month period.
