The reason you never scoop ice with a glass is because if the glass chips in a bin of ice it's next to impossible to see it.. next drink, piece of glass in the drink, person drinks it and I GET SUED. We can be fined if the inspector catches it.

I assume you make sure all spillages are urgently cleared away too, that is in the kitchen and everywhere else - or your staff could sue. Firing someone on the spot then asking on a habbo forum about it? Damn you loveeee the attention!
