there's a fine line between joking with a friend and being offencive though.
eg. using the word N.. may be a joke within you and a friend, but could be offencive to someone in the room.
However notmal swearing & that shouldnt be a problem as long as it's not directed at someone in a hurtful way.

I agree with the racism part.

Someone posted in the other thread saying are a ****** so should be allowed to say it. Partly true, although other users could be offended by this.

Swearing or whatever, I see as harmless. It shouldn't be down to the HxHD to moderate this behaviour. If Habbo mods allow it, I don't see an issue with it.

The rules should be a lot slacker on Habbo than in comparison to the forum. It just seems people are abusing their ability to remove users from rooms and purposely pissing them off.

As a member of help desk staff, what rules do you generally follow in terms of a rule break?

What do you class a rule break that warrants a warning etc?

also i think its important to remind every1 that the staff in question was the same staff (who at this point i dont think id even spoken to b4) jumped into my congrats thread and started accusing me of all sorts to provoke an argument completely out of no where (all of the accusations were completely false as well)

so yes he is definitely targeting me and my friends because of past behaviour and trying to label all of us because of previous spats that he has had with other friends of mine

I've no idea if there are some set rules in HxHD Only for behaviour in the desk, but I don't think giving warnings for having a laugh or whatever in the desk is appropriate. This is just a view from seeing the issues highlighted in the OP
AGREED, THIS HAS TURNED INTO A VENDETTA

Reason the N word is bad

How did the n-word become such a scathing insult?
We know, at least in the history I’ve looked at, that the word started off as just a descriptor, “negro,” with no value attached to it. … We know that as early as the 17th century, “negro” evolved to “******” as intentionally derogatory, and it has never been able to shed that baggage since then—even when black people talk about appropriating and reappropriating it. The poison is still there. The word is inextricably linked with violence and brutality on black psyches and derogatory aspersions cast on black bodies. No
degree of appropriating can rid it of that bloodsoaked history
    .

    How I deal with swears:

Anyways if its just a common word like the f word or b word and its just said in general not directed at anyone or a group of people, then thats ok.

If it is directed at someone or a group of people, then a warning will be given out.

Then I just go by the hxhd rules as normal.

    -----------HxHD Rules------------

    - Do not impersonate Habbox staff.

    - Do not troll or be rude to others around you.

    - Do not spam or flood the room.

    - Follow the Habbo way.
