
Would also add TP-Link into the mix of possible manufacturers at fault.That's pretty strange and worrying for anyone who might not be entirely good with computers :/ But as @mrwoooooooo said that seems more of an issue with Intel and ASUS than with Windows 8, unless Windows 8 is asking the drivers to do something completely different for some weird reason :/ It does seem weird if the technology is roughly the same but Windows 8 refuses to acknowledge it. I wouldn't like to say who is at fault.
