Wifi problems

Ok so I'm on holiday and I've got the persons wifi connections who I'm staying with

But when Ive put all the information in on my laptop on the wifi icon (bottom right) it comes up with a black exclamation mark inside a yellow triangle and it won't let me connect to the Internet.

Can anyone help with this?

Ps. I'm writing this via my iPad as it all works on my iPad and phone but not laptop

Do you have any more information regarding your laptop model, which country you are holidaying in, their isp etc?

My laptop is a toshiba, I'm on holiday in the uk

Ooer, and you're getting wifi fine on other products.

Have you tried turning it on and off again? lol jk

But perhaps try resetting the router?

Can get on the Internet on anything else

I have tried switching it off an on (no luck)

I have restarted the router (still no luck)

Your firewall isn't possibly blocking it out, is it? It's a little strange that there is a connection but no internet access.
