I miss bonfire night. They don't have it here but there would be a number of firework displays in my village on bonfire night.

A firework went the wrong way and sparks came into the house and banged/sparked right near me when I was walking.

I'll probably just be at home going to bed early as I'm off to Blackpool on Thursday. Around here people have mischief night, so fireworks in letterboxes, egging houses etc. our letter box will be cello taped - I'm working 4pm-8pm though so that will be dreadful.

The rugby club usually have theirs, and a pub near us also have one too.
Sounds fun, that's like what we used to do when I was younger, one time a child nearly got hit by a firework cause the rocket fell over lol.. Then one year some guy smacked himself in the face with a spade... Always something eventful happening.

Then my auntie moved and we didn't have a massive field to set up a bonfire etc in

Haven't done anything for it for years. We have a big celebration at a local rugby club, but I've never actually been.

I had never heard about Bonfire Night until I read this thread. Interesting tradition. I love bonfires

There are a lot of things that are personally uncomfortable to show, especially me

show my audience that you don't have to be perfect to achieve your dreams.
