
Normally very good but drops significantly during stressful periods. I have a small selection of weights and a daily routine but finding a few hours for actual gym fitness is tough with encroaching deadlines! Rather just do crunches between league of legends games.I did manage to get in the gym today though for te first time in a while and I feel wonderful so I'll try to slot a few more sessions a week in.

I used to figure skate and do cross country and cycling when I lived in Scotland, but since moving my motivation levels have been pretty poor.
Would really love to start a routine again.
I went to the gym for like 4 months I paid for another 4 about a month ago but havent gone back but am healthy enough
My fitness is probably the best it's been for years it's actually quite shocking and I like it so much I'm probably going to expand what I do. I only really lift weights and do a lot of strength exercises, but my diet is better and I'm now tempted to start running soon (probably after the Easter break). I never thought I would type those words.
