Apparently Missy will be returning and in the finale two versions were recorded with missy revealing to be the Rani in one of them in case the public heard the reveal

I hope so. There's so much stuff they can do with Gallifrey returning. When Moffat said series 8 was going to be a game changer I thought Gallifrey was going to return in the series but I suppose Capaldi needed to settle in first

Yeah that's what I heard too but then Matt left too early? I might have read that here actually haha. Time will tell
