Just gotta love Death Note.
    What's your favorite series?

light really is turning into a monster, it's amazing how much depth there is to his character.

Gintama is my favourite, but I really wouldn't recommend it if you're new to anime. Light is definitely my favourite character in Death Note, followed by L and Matsuda. Misa and Aizawa have their moments, too. The cast is all-around brilliant, really. My friend drew me an amaaaaazing picture of L for Christmas a few years back.

Lol, the same friend that drew me a picture of L drew a picture of Nanashi and got it signed by the creators of the film when we met them at the Expo in 2009.

I guess it can become confusing on first viewing, especially with Light and L engaging in constant mind battle and Light executing master plans left right and center, but I found that Death Note was always a series that explained itself. By the end I understood everything perfectly clear.
