if you look on the DJ Profiles the layout is the same and the Defult Avatar is and the timetable is the same. SO i think it is a rip.

The thing is though yeah, the panel is meant to be based off the old RH (RadioHabbo) one. If it is, then doesn't that mean Simon has ripped RH?

How the **** can it be? I've NEVER worked for RH, never SEEN RH's panel and never been in contact with the person who MADE the RH Panel.
