Hey,

I've been requesting the staff at HabMate to fix this issue since around late Saturday/Sunday and they STILL haven't fixed it.

Their "amazing" Radio DJ Panel which they called "Habmate DJ Cpanel" was 100% ripped from the Panel I produced and released for free and they have claimed it as their own creation.

You may think, so what? I don't care?..

Well I do. So I just thought I'd post this and tell them if the original copyright isn't put back tomorrow, their reputation might not be the only thing which is going (I'm going to file a DMCA Complaint).

So yeah, take a look for yourself.

Digital Millenium Copyright Act is what DMCA Stands for.

It's a type of copyright law for the US. (I can make a complaint as their server is in the US).

Oh and I also want to say I am angry with Rosie/Catsy and Jrh2002 as they do not care about the situation.

Whereas I felt Paul/Barkseh actually did show concern.

What the hell is Habmate? Who even cares about that website? Does any even visit that website is it at all important? Just let them have their ripped DJ Panel, they have no dignity.

Also, you might get an infraction for accusing people of ripping and stuff and if you don't then that's annoying because I got one.

Or if their server is located in the EU, you can make a EUCD complaint (Directive on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society) or (EU Copyright Directive (EUCD))

The same as the DMCA if i'm correct.
