These are the techniques I use:
    - Take your mind off of it, they're only injections,
    - The more your preoccupied while waiting, the less bothered you will be when it comes to it (at least thats what I'm like).
    - If you cant take your mind off of it, ask the nurse etc. See if they can put you at ease.
    - Spark a conversation with them and dont look at the needle.
    - Ask if they can give you it while your talking to them so you wont notice as much.

All these techniques have worked for me and my friends when we got ours

Send somebody else in your place? Seriously though the best tip is to relax the arm as much as possible. It was a tip given to me and it seems to work

Relax, close your eyes and look away. I have lots of injections and blood tests, and thats the thing to do. Sometimes a Where's Wally helps too.

    Just think about ice cream.
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.
