    Lol the polio really isn't sore - honestly. It's just a quick wee jag that you don't feel.

    Also it won't be as though you'll be on a stage and everyone is watching you. I know in my school a few of us were getting it at the same time so no-one really took notice, and everyone is more concerned about themselves lol.

    Just don't look or think about it! Think about something you like or what you are going to do this weekend!

    LOL, speak of the devil!

    I have just got back from having my polio, tetanus etc.

    It isn't as bad as you think, I hate them more than anyone, I almost passed out (again). But it was fine after. Hurts a bit now, mind you.

    If you don't want it at school have it at the doctors, like I did. :}
    i'm out of touch, i'm out of love
    i'll pick you up when you're getting down
    and out of all these things i've done
    i think i love you better now

    If you are scared of needles (like me) get your parents to send in a note to say you'll get it done at a doctors, its usually better at the doctors because they put time and care in, it doesnt get rushed. At my doctors they put your arm on a pillow and the give you gas and air and they put numbing cream on your arm. Go to your doctors

    Is that the one where you have the needle with the 6 little bits in or something and then 2 weeks later they decide whetehr you have the proper one and it's in your are and leaves a mark like forever. I know what I mean lol, err anyway yeah injections aren't that bad, they seem like it but they're over with in a couple of seconds and you don't feel much pain ;]
